    This place has become a new favorite here in Longmont! You'll usually have a 5-10 min wait at any time you come here but it is worth it. Fantastic and friendly service always, but the food!!!

    Santa Fe skillet is amazing with tons of green Chile, onion and bell peppers. Santa Fe burrito is the same awesome deliciousness in burrito form! The pancakes are sweet potatoes and are amazing!! The portions are huge but you can get a half portion which is more than sufficient. And despite the prices being reasonable to begin with, the half portion prices makes the place downright cheap to eat.

    The owner usually stops by the table to refill your coffee, make sure you are having and experience and just to chat with you. And the rest of the staff are super attentive and friendly. Love this place for breakfast!!

    Love this place they owner is so nice and when we call in they know exactly who we are and have our order read off before we even tell them. Lol. They always get it exactly like we want it. Food is awesome and great priced.  I recommend if you're in Longmont and want to grab breakfast in a small dinner with small town charm this is your spot.  Reminds me of back home. Good work guys.

    This is one of my favorite places for breakfast in Longmont. The coffee's always fresh and your cup is always filled. The eggs are cooked just the way I like them and I am picky. The staff is always friendly especially the owner, Art. He comes to the table to check on you and your food, water and coffee in hand. Relaxed atmosphere.

    Santa Fe hired the friendliest staff in the entire state of Colorado, haha! My boyfriend and I were famished after packing up and leaving a music festival in Loveland, and were in dire need of a hearty breakfast burrito to fuel us through the long drive home. We stopped in to Santa Fe and got 2 burritos to go. The staff was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The burritos were perfect - not ridiculously enormous, good hearty potatoes, chorizo, cheese, and egg. The girls hooked me up with a waterfall of Cholula on request. I would definitely recommend this place!

    The hand held breakfast burritos are very good and only $2.25 a piece and filling.  Half half (spicy and mild) is prefects. I ordered with Kimberley in advance and she was super sweet.  This is a popular place, small and crowded.  Either expect a wait or order in advance to go.
    I promise you it's worth the wait!
